At 180° Fitness we do not ask you to workout and sweat with us for a couple of classes before getting back to your regular life, we ask you to adopt a whole new approach to your life! Between our certified trainers, registered dietitians and nutritionists, we will help you steer your life in a direction that makes health a priority. Our goal is to help you understand the spectrum of little changes you can make to significantly improve your quality of life.
A four-week outdoor/indoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Adrian Delorey. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 6am and 9:15am (Winter Indoors at our facility) and 5:30 am, 9am or 6pm (Spring/summer/Fall) depending on the camp you're in.
